Taylor Tanner
Floof Consultant
Hello! My name is Taylor, and I have lived in and around Loveland, Colorado my entire life. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I am truly passionate about.
I have over three years of experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. During that time, I learned how to safely manage group play, recognize and understand canine behavior, and ensure every dog felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
In addition to dogs, I have experience caring for cats, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and other small animals. I am comfortable following detailed feeding schedules, administering routine care, and meeting the unique needs of a wide variety of pets.
I am Pet CPR certified and always prioritize the safety and well-being of every animal in my care. I especially enjoy working with puppies, senior pets, and shy or nervous animals, helping them build confidence and feel secure in new situations.
At home, I share my life with more than 20 pets, including dogs, a cat, geckos, frogs, fish, a tortoise, a blue-tongued skink, and several other reptiles. Caring for such a diverse group of animals has given me extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the unique needs of different species. My three dachshunds are named Puzzle, Banana, and Zoe, and my tortoise's name is Lunchbox.
Some of my favorite activities with pets include walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and, of course, giving them plenty of love and attention. I enjoy getting to know each pet's individual personality and building trusting relationships with them.
When I'm not caring for animals, I enjoy crafting, swimming, and spending time with my pets, family, and friends.
I joined Fur-enzy because I love helping pet owners feel confident that their pets are in caring and capable hands. There is no better feeling than knowing a pet feels safe, loved, and happy while their family is away.
