Frequently Asked Questions

  • For same-day cancellations, made on the same calendar day as the scheduled service: Cancellations will be charged 100% of service fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

    For standard cancellations, single-day or multi-day services, that do not occur during a holiday period: Cancellations made within seven days of first scheduled visit will incur a 50% charge of total booking.

    For holiday cancellations on or within two days before or after holiday: Cancellations made within fourteen days of first scheduled visit will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.

    For extended trip cancellations for services schedule three or more consecutive nights, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking: Cancellations for extended trips must be made at least ten days prior to the first scheduled visit to retain any deposit credit. Cancellations within the ten-day window will results in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Log in to your client portal —> click on “view schedule” in the left column —> you will receive a service report each time a visit is completed.

    Additionally, you will receive an email of the service report!

  • Log in to your client portal —> click on “invoices” in the left column —> if there are outstanding invoices, you will be able to make a payment on this page.

    There is an option to put your card on file which is convenient when Fur-enzy is performing recurring, weekly services for your pets.

    You will always be sent the invoice through your email too!

  • These are special little treats that you are able to add on to your visit!

    Whether its watering your plants or bathing your dog, I am more than willing to take care of those tasks too!

  • At Fur-enzy Pet Sitting, we charge per animal. The main service includes the first animal. All other animals will be an additional feed depending on what you need for them.

    All services increase by 30% during recognized holiday periods.

  • Yes, I am insured by Pet Sitters Associates.

  • A Fur-st Meet is required before any services are preformed.
