Jaynae Foster
Hi! My name is Jaynae Foster. I was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado and now live in Fort Collins. I’ve been working with dogs for over 10 years in boarding facilities, vet clinics, and at the Longmont Humane Society. I’m certified in dog training with a strong focus on canine behavior and emotional well-being, and I plan to continue pursuing additional certifications to help dogs thrive.
I grew up surrounded by animals of all kinds, which sparked my lifelong passion for understanding behavior and training. After high school, I worked in boarding and daycare facilities, spent time in the veterinary field, and ultimately realized my true passion lies in behavior rather than medical care. I completed an internship and worked as a behavioral trainer at a train-and-board facility while earning my dog training certification through Aims.
Currently, I work as a bather and assistant at Cuppycakes Grooming and am thrilled to be part of the Fur-enzy team as I work toward opening my own kennel. My husband and I have a pack of four small dogs, and I’ve had the honor of giving senior rescue dogs a loving home in their final years. I love hiking with dogs in warmer months and slowing down with movies and knitting in the winter.
Even with years of experience, I’m always learning from every dog I meet. Dogs have been my passion for over a decade, and I care for each one as if they were my own—because they’re not just pets, they’re family.
