BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

We’re excited to share that Fur-enzy Pet Sitting is upgrading our client portal and scheduling system to Time To Pet! This change will help us streamline communication, scheduling, payments, and visit updates as we continue to grow and serve you better.

What you need to DO

STEP 1: Watch for your invitation email

You’ll receive an invitation to create your new Time To Pet login.

STEP 2: Create your password

Use the link in the email to activate your new portal.

Step 3: Review & Update Your Information

All data from previous portal has been migrated to your new portal! In your new portal, please double-check:

Contact info
Pet profiles
Emergency contact
Veterinary clinic
Authorized emergency spending amount
Feeding instructions
Medications

*By signing the updated Terms & Conditions in the new portal, you are confirming that your emergency veterinary information and authorized spending amount are accurate and up to date.

What you need to KNOW

Communication through Time to Pet

To help us stay organized and ensure nothing gets missed, all scheduling changes, visit notes, and non-emergency communication will now take place directly through your Time To Pet portal or app.

Recurring Walk Clients

Your recurring schedule will transfer over to Time To Pet automatically. No action is needed unless you’d like to make changes.

Team Visibility and Transparency

Your new portal will show exactly which team member is assigned to each visit, along with real-time updates, visit reports, and messaging — all in one organized place.

Payments + Invoices

All future invoices will be processed through Time To Pet.

If you have a card saved on file, you will be prompted to securely re-enter it in the new system.

Any existing credits will be transferred over.

Important Dates

Portal invitations will be send on MARCH 1ST, 2026

Old system will be disabled MARCH 20TH, 2026

All scheduling after March 20TH, 2026 will be through Time to Pet
